If you need to cancel your appointment completely, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If is within 24 hours, we charge 50 percent of the service price. A "no show" is charged the full rate.

Makeover Photo-Shoot: you can bring clothing or accessories you want to wear.
Hair Cut or up-dos: We love pictures!, if you have anything in mind, please bring photos of things you like, that will give us ideas.
Hair & Make-up Trials: For Weddings or XV, bring photos of your dress or make-up you would like, as well as the veil and/or crown.
Wedding or XV: If you are changing here, please bring all the necessary wardrobe, accessories, veil, crowns, shoes even 1-3 days before, and have the limousine pick you up here.

When having a makeover, you will be getting a before and after picture with the look you want. We provide the make up, the hairstyle, top and accessories. If you have specific accessories or clothing you want to use, feel free to bring them.

We'll notify you when your pictures are ready. Normally color pictures can be pick up in one day, black and white take longer, you can pick them up after three days.

Yes, you will need to make sure not to use any hair conditioner on your hair at all, even from a 2 in 1 shampoo, and also have your hair completely dry or there will be an additional charge for drying it out, since more time is required.

Yes, we know how important memories of such special events are. We can also recommend you a great photographer if you need to.
